Alain Spilliaert is Attorney, Member of the Paris Bar since 1983.
Alain practiced law in American law-firms for 20 years and also in the international law-firm Taj member of Deloitte group. This allowed him to gain great experience on multiple complex files in French or International Corporate law for French big groups and Anglo-Saxon clients.
In 2010, he set up Spilliaert Avocats with the aim to solve legal affairs and cases in the shortest time and in the most cost-effective way possible, for Corporate Executives and CEO from businesses of all sizes.
Alain works fluently in French and in English, primarily in contract negotiation, Corporate litigations (Courts and Arbitration), Industrial Subcontractors’ Rights, Corporate Executives and Managers’ Rights, International Criminal Law.
Alain is Member of the ACE, Association Avocats Conseils d’Entreprise and co-leader of the group dealing with Deontology and Lawyer’s new jobs.
